amazing location friendly staff serviced room

The location was amazing!!! i could walk to all kinds of restaurants. It was so convenient. the staff were super friendly and helpful, i even got great tips. my room was serviced daily, a nice bonus.

the klimaanlage could not be adjusted to a good temperature.

the breakfast was good.

I had issues with parking. The hotel does not have its own parking. later, i found the parking ticket missing. Housekeeping likely threw it away, and the hotel refused to provide a replacement, asking me to pay.

excellent location touristy places good places helpful staff

i found the location excellent to explore. most touristy places are within walking distance. there were good places to eat nearby too. the staff went out of their way to help. i would stay here again in a heartbeat.

charming stay in the heart of the city

friendly staff nespresso machine

i stayed here for a few nights. the location is excellent with many restaurants nearby. the staff was very friendly and eager to ensure a good stay. the room included large towels and a nespresso machine.

the confirmation email lacked the hotel name. i struggled to find the specific hotel among the properties. this lack of clarity caused unnecessary stress.
